About the exchanges
The Staff Exchange programme of the Changing Room project is a continuation of the staff exchange programmes that Trans Europe Halles organized in the past, e.g. Europex in 2007, The Lift 2006-08 and YEP (1998/99).
Exchanges take places for one or two weeks or one month. They are open to employees of Trans Europe Halles members that take part in Changing Room. Exchanges are opportunities for peer-to-peer learning: they can include shadowing, hands-on activities, conversations and interviews, and attendance of cultural programmes. The best time for staff exchange can be during (international) events or programmes i.e. festivals, conferences or other large scale events. These should be taken into account when planning the exchanges. Also, we also strongly encourage centres to host exchangees before and during TEH Meetings.
This is a list of the participating sending & hosting centres. If you are interested to take part in the project, you need to be an employee of one of the centres listed above, and you can choose among them as hosting centres.
To find out more about all TEH members (not all TEH centres take part in the Changing Room project) please visit the TEH website: http://www.teh.net and then look for the Members section.
